PDF forms are an important part of many businesses, often used for employee forms, purchase orders, questionnaires and much more but the question is: How do you make them interactive so people can complete them?

Let’s find out with our simple step-by-step guide…

Go to Forms

When you have your desired PDF document open, go to the main navigation toolbar and click on ‘Forms.’

Form Typer

Click on ‘Form Typer’ with the mini page icon on the far Left of the toolbar. This will convert the document into an interactive PDF, meaning all of the fields on the form are active.

Get Editing!

The form is not active and you will be able to type in the designated fields and checkboxes where applicable.
