A Setting For Each Environment

The Olympus voice recorder has three different dictation modes to suit the different environments that authors experience day to day. They are:

1. Quiet Environment – The omnidirectional microphone records your voice excellently in this mode. In this mode, the device will pick up sound within a 360-degree radius.

2. Noisy Environment – Both of the microphones that make up the two-microphone functionality are active with the Noise Environment Mode. The second microphone helps filter out the ambient noise to focus on recording dictation speech.

3. Conference Recording – Conference mode results in high-quality stereo. Recording levels automatically adjust to the loudness of different speakers’ voices.

Safe and Secure

Both Olympus voice recorder models have a pink-lock feature so that you can keep your files safe and secure. Simply set up your own unique password so that only you can access the dictations.

The 4 position slide switch makes it effortless to move through your dictations, insert new notes, rewind and fast forward.

Send In Seconds

The Olympus voice recorder docking station makes sending the audio file to your secretary/typist quick and easy. Simply dock and the dictations will upload automatically ready to send.
